Return Policy

Contact Innovative Solutions customer service and request a return material authorization (RMA) number for any returns. Products may only be returned with an Innovative Solutions RMA number and the original invoice. All products carry manufacturer's warranty and are warranted to meet specifications

Depending upon review of your product concern, full refunds or exchanges are available. Where products are conforming or items are being re-stocked, freight and stocking fees may apply to your transaction.

Shipping claims must be reported to the freight company and Innovative Solutions upon arrival at receiving inspection in order preserve your claim.
